GENO-LED IR II is a professional low-level LED therapy device for the treatment room: 1,710 diodes across five wavelengths — red 640nm, blue 423nm, green 532nm, yellow 583nm and infrared 830nm — run alone or in pairs over face, body or scalp. Every mode is published with its irradiance and its standard dose, so a session can be planned rather than guessed at: 42 mW/cm² and 28 J/cm² on red, 46 mW/cm² and 28 J/cm² on blue. The dome holds each diode at a usable distance from the skin and loses less light than a flat panel, nothing touches the client, and there are no tips, cartridges or gels to reorder. 70 W rated, 2.6 kg, folds flat between rooms.

An LED helmet for the scalp with air-pressure massage and a heating function, on a separate controller. Four light modes — red with infrared, blue, off, or all three together — and a timer set to ten, twenty or thirty minutes. Holding the power button starts a ten-minute preset that runs the massage, the heat, all three lights and music together, and the helmet switches itself off at the end. The helmet weighs 1.0 kg and runs from the USB-C adaptor in the box or from four AA batteries, which are not included. Korea and the EU certify it as a household massage appliance under IEC/EN 60335-2-32; it is not a medical or phototherapy device, and it is not registered to treat hair loss. The manufacturer manual positions a session as a supplement after a medical or aesthetic procedure rather than as a treatment of its own. No efficacy study for this device is held, and the claims in the sales brochure about the hair cycle are not carried. If you are losing hair, see a doctor first.
A powered microneedling handpiece for the scalp with LED, used with the HR³ MATRIX HAIR SOLUTION α ampoule. A single-use stamp carrying 52 microneedles screws onto a sealed 4 ml vial, the vial loads into the device, and the head stamps automatically while the solution feeds through it — so the liquid goes in as the needles work rather than being rubbed on afterwards. Three speeds: 280, 330 and 400 stamps per minute. It runs for ten minutes and then stops itself, which is one session. A fresh vial and a fresh stamp are fitted each time. Fourteen LEDs, blue and red, sit behind 48 light bumps in the head. The ampoule it delivers is registered for nutrition supply and hair conditioning.
