What is inside

1Step 1 - Cleanse

Pump it onto a dry face and it builds its own air foam, so oily skin gets a thorough clean with no scrubbing over spots that are already sore. Massage gently, then rinse with tepid water.
2Step 2 - Tone

The biggest number in the box: about half the sebum after four weeks. Zinc PCA at 0.5% works on the oil, a 13.4% hydrating base puts water straight back, and the SNOW ICE cooling complex lands cold. Non-comedogenic, tested by QACS Ltd.

Three of them, because problem skin has bad weeks. A soft eucalyptus Eucalace® sheet soaked in a hydrating essence with allantoin and panthenol at 0.1% each. Fifteen to twenty minutes after the toner, then pat the rest in.
4Step 3 - Treat, morning and night

Nine tenths water, with zinc PCA at a full 0.05%, neat. Korea registers this serum for anti-blemishes, oil and sebum control. Oil-free and fragrance-free, it sinks in fast under the cream.
5Step 4 - Seal it in

The step that stops an oil routine leaving skin tight. A light gel with no traditional oil phase: trehalose at 1.5% and xylitol at 0.5% hold water in while zinc PCA at 0.05% keeps working.
How to use it
Four steps morning and night, with a mask on any evening you want one. Each product carries its full instructions on its own page; this is how they fit together.
Pump the cleanser onto a dry face, avoiding the eyes. Let the air foam build, massage gently in circles and rinse with tepid water. No scrubbing, which is the point on skin with active spots.
Soak a cotton pad and sweep it along the skin, or mist the 200 ml straight onto the face. It cools as it goes on: that is the SNOW ICE complex.
On a bad week, soak cotton pads and lay them over the oiliest areas for five to ten minutes. The easiest way to get more out of a bottle you already own.
Two or three drops over the face after the toner, avoiding the eye area. Pat in until absorbed, then go straight to the cream.
A small amount smoothed over the serum, morning and night. Oily skin needs water too, and this one is built light enough to wear.
On a clean face after the toner, lay the sheet on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Lift it off and pat the rest in. Do not rinse. Follow with the serum and cream as usual.
Wear sunscreen in the morning. The toner contains salicylic acid and tea tree leaf oil, the mask peppermint oil, and the cleanser and cream are fragranced, so bring the products in one at a time if your skin reacts to fragrance, essential oils or salicylates.

That is what the cream is there to stop. The oil work sits in the toner, serum and cream through zinc PCA rather than harsh degreasing, and the gel cream puts water back with trehalose and xylitol.
That is SNOW ICE, the cooling complex in the toner. It gives a clear cold, fresh feel as it goes on and settles quickly. If you dislike it, use the toner every other day.
Because problem skin has bad weeks, and the other four are daily steps that last. The masks are for the evenings after a flare-up or a long day: fifteen to twenty minutes, then pat the rest in.
Speak to whoever prescribed it first. Retinoids and benzoyl peroxide already sensitise the skin, and the toner contains salicylic acid. Where people usually land is keeping the cleanser, the cream and the masks, and spacing the toner and serum around the prescription.
Give it the four weeks the toner study ran for. Take a photo on day one, because a mirror is a poor judge of slow change.
