What it does
The last step for skin that is oily and breaking out, and the one most likely to be skipped because the word cream sounds like the wrong idea. It is not.
Zinc PCA at 0.05%, the same figure as the serum. Korea registers this cream for anti-blemishes and oil control, and this is the ingredient carrying it.
Trehalose at 1.5% and xylitol at 0.5%, both sugars that hold water without weight. Skin that is dehydrated does not calm down, however much oil you take off it.
Panthenol, allantoin and beta-glucan at a tenth of a percent each. The part that makes the whole routine liveable when the toner and the serum have already been through.
The formula
An ordinary cream is oil and water forced together with an emulsifier. This one skips all three. It is 86.6% water thickened into a gel with acrylates crosspolymer at 0.7% and sodium polyacrylate at 0.6%, and there is no oil phase for them to hold. That is why it goes over a serum without ever feeling like another layer.

How to use
Morning and night
Start on clean skin. Snow O₂ Cleanser is the range answer if you want one.
Intensive Problem Control Toner, then Problem Control Serum patted in. This cream is the step after both.
The carton is specific and it differs from the serum: massage this one gently into the face rather than patting it. A gel cream wants working in.
It is the last step. In the morning, sunscreen goes over it.
Keep it clear of the eye area. The carton says so, and there is an eye cream for that job.

There is no perfume in it either, botanical or synthetic. Twenty-four ingredients in total, and dimethicone, the only one on the list that behaves at all like an oil, is at 0.005%.

Yes, and you can check it yourself on the ingredient list. There is no plant oil, no butter, no wax and no emulsifier. Dimethicone is the only entry that behaves like an oil at all and it is at 0.005%, five thousandths of a percent. The lab paperwork calls the texture a gel cream rather than a cream for exactly this reason.
They do different jobs. Both carry zinc PCA at 0.05%, so the active is the same, but the serum is a watery layer that disappears and the cream is the gel that closes the routine and holds the hydration in. If you are only buying one and your skin is very oily, start with the serum.
That worry is usually about the oils and emulsifiers in a normal cream, and there are none of either in this one. We will not print the word non-comedogenic though, because there is no comedogenicity test on file for it and the only human test we hold is a patch test for irritancy.
Because the carton says so for each. A watery serum absorbs on contact, so patting is enough. A thickened gel needs working across the skin to spread evenly and sink in.
