What HES is
HES is HA Volume Enhancing Solution, and Korea registers it for two things: firming and hydrating. Everything interesting about it comes down to one decision — which grade of hyaluronic acid to put in the vial — and GENOSYS made the harder choice, then built the delivery to match it.

The bigger the molecule, the more water it binds. At 1.65 million Dalton this one sits just below dermal-filler grade and well above the sub-million hyaluronic acid in a normal serum.
A molecule that big does not cross the surface unaided. So GENOSYS solved the delivery instead: heavy hyaluronic acid sitting on top, the same molecule carried in with a roller, then skin that fills out from underneath.
Cleanse, open, apply, absorb. It is a leave-on, not a rinse-off, and at 1% hyaluronic acid with 2% niacinamide behind it there is plenty happening on the surface.
Why the weight matters
Hyaluronic acid is the most water-binding polymer we know of, and the bigger the molecule the more water it holds. The catch is delivery: a big molecule cannot get through skin by itself, so conventional cosmetics use the small kind and accept the smaller result. GENOSYS took the big kind and solved the delivery instead.

This is the ladder GENOSYS publishes for its own range, and HES is the one ampoule of the six built around it. Under a practitioner’s roller that heavy hyaluronic acid is the entire point. Used on its own it is still a 1% hyaluronic acid treatment over a 12% humectant base, which is more than most serums put in.
The formula
No proprietary blend, no undisclosed complex. Here is the whole thing by weight, in two groups, each on its own scale so every active stays readable beside the base.
The base · scaled against glycerin at 10%
Glycerin and betaine are twelve percent of the vial between them. That is what keeps a full 2 ml comfortable on skin that has just been worked on, and it gives the water the hyaluronic acid draws in somewhere to stay.
The actives · scaled against niacinamide at 2%
Niacinamide at 2% and hyaluronic acid at 1% are both working doses rather than a sprinkle for the ingredient list. The phytosphingosine arrives inside a lecithin liposome, so it is carried rather than simply stirred in, and escin, butcher’s broom and centella are three of the six botanicals BIOPHYTEX brings.
sh-Polypeptide-7, copper tripeptide-1, palmitoyl oligopeptide and palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, one part per million each — the last two together are MATRIXYL 3000, one of the most widely used peptide pairs in cosmetics. The scent is six essential oils at 0.06% between them: lavender, sweet orange, sage, sandalwood, pine and lemongrass. That is a real scent from real oils rather than a synthetic one, and it is little enough that no single fragrance allergen reaches a declarable level.
What is not in it
A professional ampoule goes on skin a roller has just opened, so what has been left out matters as much as what went in. Most brands say “free from” and leave you guessing. These five are named.
The solution is a pale brown liquid, and that colour is the botanicals’ own — there is no colourant in the formula to give it. The scent is six essential oils. With no ethanol in it there is nothing to sting freshly rolled skin.

How to use it
One 2 ml vial per treatment. Ten to a box.
Wash the face and pat it dry.

Under a practitioner, a roller carries the heavy hyaluronic acid past the surface instead of leaving it sitting on top. That is the treatment this vial was built for. Follow the protocol you were given.
Throw away whatever is left in an opened vial rather than keeping it.
Dermatologically tested, and made for professional treatment or for home use on a practitioner’s advice. For external use only. Keep it away from the eyes, and rinse with cool water if it gets there. The scent is botanical oils, so patch test first if those are something you react to.
What is doing the work
Every figure below is the finished concentration in the vial, not the dose of a premix. Where a named complex delivers several of them, it is credited once and its parts are listed.
At 1.65 million Dalton this is heavier than the hyaluronic acid in an ordinary serum, so it binds more water — and at 1% it is the largest active in the vial. The reason the product exists.
Vitamin B3 at a concentration that does something. Only glycerin outweighs it among the ingredients here doing visible work on the surface.
