What it does
Three moves: the two layers become one emulsion, the pad sits for a few seconds, and the color comes off with a wipe.
The bottle rests as two layers: yellow oil on clear water. Shake until they mix. That emulsion is what you put on the pad.
Soak a cotton pad. Press it on the lips or the eye area and wait a few seconds. Let the oil loosen the color. Do not rub hard.
Lift the pad and wipe. The carton stops here. Wash the face after, with whatever cleanser you already use.

How to use
Whenever you take makeup off
Shake the bottle well so the oil and the water mix.
Soak a cotton pad. Put it on the lips and the eye area.
Wait a few seconds. Let the emulsion sit. Do not rub hard.
Gently wipe the makeup off. Keep it out of the eyes. If it gets in, rinse with cool water.
