Oil off. Cool on. INTENSIVE PROBLEM CONTROL TONER is the cooling oil-control toner for blemish-prone skin: it takes excess oil and sebum off and puts quick hydration straight back. Zinc PCA 0.5% on a 13.4% hydrating base of butylene glycol, glycerin and dipropylene glycol, with tea tree, peppermint, Anti Sebum P and the SNOW ICE cooling complex for a fresh, cool finish. In a four-week study, measured sebum fell by about half. Non-comedogenic (QACS Ltd.) and dermatologically tested. The 200 ml mist sprays at any angle, even upside down for the back; the 500 ml pump is for the treatment room. Made in Korea.

80ml. Sprayable emulsion mist. Shea butter 1.2% with glycerin and four seed oils. Shake well, spray at 10-20 cm with eyes closed, through the day. Moisturizing and nourishing. Can go over makeup. The peptide sits at 0.000001%. Not a water toner.

Daily hydrating toner for all skin types. 3% betaine with glycerin 5.78%, butylene glycol 4.55% and dipropylene glycol 4.00% brings moisture, softness and comfort straight back after cleansing. Smooth it on or spray it morning and evening; the fine mist works over makeup too. Dermatologically tested. Made in Korea.
